Can you say TABATA??
Today was a Tabata workout. I worked very late and couldn't get to the gym, so I walked Bella for 10 minutes, then hopped on the elliptical to do this workout. What a blast! I forgot how fun it was to really push it to the limit. And the beauty of this workout is that it's over before you know it! Warmed up on the elliptical for 13 minutes, then did 8 cycles of very hard effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of recovery. Got a core workout and yoga stretches in afterward. Now, off to bed!
